Proposal for floor dust-proofing service using Elcuria surface reinforcement materials.
This is a proposal for surface enhancement that suppresses dust and wear in logistics warehouses and factories, eliminating the need for wiping. We provide comprehensive support from substrate treatment to finishing.
Elkure is a concrete surface hardening agent primarily composed of lithium silicate. It can be proposed in cases where issues such as wear on floor surfaces, dust, dirt adhesion, and substrate treatment before line painting arise in logistics warehouses, factories, loading docks, and large stores. By penetrating the concrete surface and reacting with the cement components, it improves the floor surface to be hard and dense, thereby reducing wear caused by forklift traffic. Our company examines the floor's absorption, wear condition, cleaning status, line planning, and usage environment, and considers construction methods in combination with polishing and cleaning. Elkure makes it easier to reduce excess wiping processes and is designed with adhesion to line paints in mind, making it suitable for warehouse floors that require area marking and traffic management. Unlike floor coatings that create a film, it enhances the surface while preserving the original texture of the concrete. It can be considered not only for surface modification of newly installed floors but also for dust control and maintenance improvement of existing floors. Our company is capable of comprehensive construction proposals tailored to the condition of the floor, as we also handle ground work, polishing work, and cleaning work.
